DENTAL CLEANING

Scaling & root planing is often called the "dental cleaning" which is a very important step in the oral hygiene treatment as it removes the soft & hard deposits from the teeth both above and below the gum line. When left untreated it can cause more complex issues such as gum, periodontal disease, and eventually tooth loss.

STAIN REMOVAL

Stain removal treatment also known as "polishing" is used to brighten your smile by removing surface stains such as coffee, tea, tobacco or wine stains.

We use a rotary handpiece with a prophy cup attachment and fine grit paste to gently polish away those stains that regular brushing will not remove. For more stubborn stains we will use our ultrasonic device & curette scalers.
